We answer within a reasonable time, usually within a day. We read and reply in English and Russian.
We keep wishes apart from breakages on purpose: in one shared inbox a "it would be good to add" always loses to a "broken right now", and nobody ever gets to it. Whatever gets asked for most is what gets built first.
What to attach
This turns five emails into one:
- the program version — it is in the window title;
- what you did, and what happened instead of what you expected;
- the operations log — the "Settings" tab, "Operations log" section. It shows almost everything needed to work out what went wrong;
- your licence number, if the question is about payment or a key.
Do not send passwords, profile contents or cookie files: they are not needed to diagnose anything, and they create risk.
