Refund policy

In short

A paid licence is non-refundable.

That is not greed and not small print, but a consequence of how the sale works: the decision is made before payment, not after.

Why it works this way

The program is free for 7 days and 100 profiles. No card, no charges, no auto-renewal — the bot issues the key, and no payment details are needed for that.

That is enough to check everything that matters:

whether the program works with your platforms and your proxies;
whether sessions hold and cookies transfer;
whether your computer has the speed and memory for the number of profiles you need;
whether working this way suits you at all.

A hundred profiles for a week is not a demo mode, it is full-scale work. If that time did not make it clear whether this is for you, paying will not change it.

The other side of the same decision: we do not take money up front for something you have not tried. We have no auto-renewal — a subscription will never charge you by itself. Every following payment you make by hand and on purpose.

What that means in practice

Changed your mind after paying — the money is not returned.
Bought the wrong term — write to us, we will help: [email protected].
Paid the wrong amount — write as well, that is a different case.

If the program does not work

That is not a refund case, it is a support case, and we treat it as one.

Write to [email protected], attaching the program version and the operations log from the "Settings" tab. We investigate and fix. Updates are part of the licence and come out regularly.

Separately: your data is not locked in. Profiles, cookies and settings live on your disk, and backups and profile export work even with a closed licence. Whatever happens with payment, you can always take your own data with you.

Disputing a payment

If you believe there has been a mistake, write to us before going to your bank. We answer within a day or two; a bank considers a dispute for weeks.

If a payment is disputed through a bank, the licence stops working for whoever holds it at that moment.

Rights under the law

These terms do not limit or cancel rights granted to you by the mandatory provisions of applicable law. Where such provisions give you a right this document does not, the law applies.
