Switching from Multilogin
This page is for people who have already decided to leave. If you're still deciding, the Morfiade vs Multilogin comparison is more useful.
What you gain and what you lose
You gain:
- a fixed price. Multilogin's plan is priced by the number of profiles, and you have to pay for it every month, forever. Our price is one price and doesn't depend on the number of profiles;
- your data at home. Profiles live on your own disk, not on someone else's server;
- access without paying. Stop paying and profiles still open with us.
You lose:
- the cloud — reaching a profile from another computer is done through export and import with us;
- team work, roles, and handing profiles to employees — we don't have this at all;
- macOS, Linux, Android, and the web — Morfiade is Windows 10 and 11 only;
- product maturity. Multilogin has been on the market for years, has an EU legal entity, support, and documentation. We're younger and smaller — if that matters to you, it's a legitimate reason to stay.
How to move
1. Export profiles and cookies from Multilogin. Both profile export and cookie export exist there; take both, otherwise the profile arrives logged out.
2. Save your proxies. Addresses, ports, logins, passwords. In Morfiade they're entered into the proxy library once and then assigned to profiles.
3. Set up profiles in Morfiade, repeating the names and categories — that makes checking easier.
4. Load the cookies — the profile will open already logged in.
5. Check the proxies before you start working: not just whether they're alive, but also which country they actually exit from. A mismatch with the browser's settings is more noticeable than the proxy itself.
⚠️ Passwords inside profiles don't carry over, they're moved with Chrome's built-in export to a file — details in the article on App-Bound Encryption.
About fingerprints
Ready-made Multilogin fingerprints don't carry over to us: we build our own, matched to the proxy's country. We deliberately don't spoof everything — we leave the screen and TLS fingerprint genuine, because a bad spoof is more noticeable than an honest value. More on this — browser fingerprint.
How long it takes
A dozen profiles — an evening, a hundred — a day, and most of it goes into checking. Trial period — 7 days and 100 profiles with no card: it's reasonable to move part of your profiles, work with them for a week, and only then make the final decision.
What doesn't change
No program of this class cancels the platforms' rules. And none of them fixes a bad proxy: a datacenter address collects captchas no matter the fingerprint — we've tested this live, and it's cured by residential proxies, not by settings.
