Switching from GoLogin
This page is for people who have already decided to leave. If you're still deciding, the Morfiade vs GoLogin comparison is more useful.
The main difference that drives the switch
GoLogin is cloud-based: profiles live with them, and that's why they're reachable from any computer and from the browser. Morfiade is local: profiles live with you.
This is a trade-off, not an upgrade, and the decision should be made on that basis:
| GoLogin | Morfiade | |
|---|---|---|
| Where profiles live | in the cloud | on your computer |
| Access from another machine | instant | export and import |
| Working from a phone or browser | yes | no |
| If you stop paying | no access | profiles open |
| If the service goes down | you can't work | doesn't affect you |
| Price | grows with the number of profiles | the same |
What you lose
- the cloud and access from multiple devices — the main thing people pay GoLogin for;
- team work — we have no shared profiles;
- macOS, Linux, Android, and the web version — Morfiade is Windows 10 and 11 only.
If you work from two computers or in a team — don't switch. With us, moving is done with a file, and that's slower than the cloud.
How to move
1. Export profiles and cookies from GoLogin. Export exists for both. Take both: without cookies, the profile arrives logged out.
2. Get your proxies. If you used GoLogin's built-in proxies, keep in mind: they stay with them. You'll need to buy your own proxies separately — that's a separate cost, and it's worth calculating before switching, not after.
3. Set up profiles in Morfiade with the same names, so there's something to check against.
4. Load the cookies — after that the profile opens already logged in.
5. Check every proxy for whether it's alive and which country it exits from before you start working.
⚠️ Passwords inside profiles don't carry over — they're moved with Chrome's built-in export to a file. The reason is in the article on App-Bound Encryption.
What gets simpler
A backup stops being someone else's problem. Export with us is a single file that stays wherever you put it: on a disk, on a flash drive, anywhere. No one can delete it, lock it along with an account, or lose it along with a service.
How long it takes
A dozen profiles — an evening, a hundred — a day, and almost all of it goes into checking. Trial period — 7 days and 100 profiles with no card: move part of your profiles and work with them for a week before deciding.
